ARE YOU A BELIEVER OF THE WORD?

Blessed be the name of the Lord who daily loads us with His benefits. Our God is good! He is  a very present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1)

Month of February is a month of divine separation.  Where a situation will look like God is not with you.  It is a month whereby you have pains and doubt if God is really going to do what He has promised you. When the storms that blew last year is still lingering its head again this year. You may say in your heart ‘Oh I thought this year will be better than last year’.

Last week I had a dream and there were three heavy rocks that blocked my way that I cannot move and the path is so narrow. I tried to look for other alternatives but there was none. At that time, I decided to walk towards the rocks and to my surprise the 3 huge rocks gathered themselves together and moved out of my way. Truly, we were faced with serious situations that we don’t even know how to handle them and when we stepped out  to solve those problems, they all disappeared at once.

“God is not a man that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?”  (Numbers 23:19 NKJV).

When you doubt God it means you are saying God is a liar. 

When you doubt God

· You grieve the Holy Spirit which the Lord gives you in the day of your redemption “And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption”  (Eph:30 NKJV).

20 Behold I send an Angel before you to keep you in the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared. 21 beware of Him and obey His voice; do not provoke Him, for He will not pardon your transgression ;  for My name is in Him” 22 If you indeed obey His and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries: (Exodus 23:20-22)

The Lord is telling you that on this journey of life;

(a   HIS ANGEL WILL KEEP YOU IN THE WAY: The road you are traveling is very narrow  and there are many dangers but the Spirit of the Lord will guide  you.  Isaiah 58:11 “The Lord will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, and strengthen your bones; you shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail”.

(1)        He will guide you continually so that you will not dash your foot on a stone-Psalm 91:11-12,

(2)        He will satisfy your soul in drought: Isaac sow seed on the land where there was no rain or water but He flourished and prospered. In time of famine, the Lord will satisfy you. Other business may be in drought but you will prosper. Other marriages may be in drought of love, peace, trust and unity; your marriage will blossom in peace, love, trust and unity. “So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water” (Exo. 23:25a)

(3)        He will strengthen your bones:  What kill other people will not kill you. Any sicknesses that destroy others will not destroy. In your weaknesses; the Lord will strengthen you. …”And He will take sickness away from the midst of you” (Exo. 23:25b). He will take away financial sickness, academic sickness, marital sickness, spiritual sickness and physical sickness. Hallelujah!

(4)        You shall be like a watered garden: this means your success will have roots.

(5)        And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail:This means you will prosper in every area of your life and your prosperity will have deeper roots underground which cannot be destroyed. Whatever you lay your hands to do will surely prosper. Your investment will surely yield fruits. Every area of your life will prosper, in  the name of Jesus.

(b   TO BRING YOU INTO THE PLACE WHICH HE HAS PREPARED:“So I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanites and Hittites and the Amorites and Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites” (Exo.3:8 NKJV). during the time of  the children of Israel in the land of Egypt, the Lord promised to take them to their promise land. That promise land is a land that flows with milk and honey. Beloved, no matter your present condition; the Lord has a portion for you. As child of God, your promised land is heaven. It is where the Lord has prepared for all his children. A prepared place for you is a place of no struggle and pains. In this location as a child of God; it is where He has a place prepared for you before you were born.

According to the dream that I narrate earlier on; the Lord was telling us to move forward even though the situations look impossible. We moved forward at His command and trusted Him for His mighty hand of deliverance and it happened. The Lord showed up. Brethren, I want you to understand one thing; the situation around you may be like giants in front of you but if you can just hear what the master Jesus is saying to you to move forward and you act on His word, all the giants of problems will be crushed by your faith.

How do we grieve Holy Spirit? We grieve Holy Spirit by:

· Fear-2 Tim 1:7

· Worry-Matt:6:25

· When you Carry your own cares-Matt 13:22

· When you refuse to pray concerning issue of life-Phil. 4:6-7

· When you refuse to believe in God-Heb 11:6

We are in the last days and you must keep your salvation. People lose their salvation because of doubt. The children of Israel were delayed on their way to the Promised Land because of their doubt in the Lord. They refused to belief God, but they follow the dictate of their heart and not on the promises of God. (Numbers 14:1-35) what is it that which the Lord has told you? Do you believe Him or do you doubt Him?  When you refused to believe your God; the next thing will be to believe the devil and you go to the devil for help. Devil will direct you to witchdoctors and false prophets for healing and deliverance.

If you do not believe God, you will follow the devil and his way for healing. You will follow his way to become rich.

I would love to ask you some personal questions:

ü How are your daily words?

ü Do you magnify your problems or do you look at them as a stepping stone to your promise land?

ü Do you see the enemies than God?

ü Do you believe God or you believe the devil

ü Do you see yourself that you will die in that condition?

Your answer to these few question depends on how you handle your situation. The worst thing that can happen to you is to feel sorry for yourself.The more you mourn yourself the more you scatter yourself and tear yourself apart.

Nobody will tell you the truth more than you tell yourself. Nobody will tell you that you are somebody except you tell yourself. If you tell yourself who you are according to the promises of God, nobody will succeed to pull you down. Devil cannot pull you down. He only makes you to loose your confidence in God and you will fall down flat. The Lord warned us not to loose our confidence. Keep your confidence in the Lord “Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward” (Heb 10:35 NKJV). No one that trusted in the Lord will be put to shame. If you are a child of God, God’s expectation from you is to have faith in Him. Do not shake. Do not move because of the situation around you. When you are in the Lord it means you believe that what God has said in your life must come to pass.

If you have been a doubter of God’s word, today I plead with you to drop it because it will pull you down. It will depress you. It will confuse you. It will separate you from God. It will silence you. It will humiliate you. It will render you powerless and useless. It will crush your trust in the Lord.

For you to be able to resist doubt; you must:

o Abide in the word of God –John 15:1-5

o Meditate on the word of God not on the word of men-Josh 1:8

o Look unto Jesus and not unto your situation-Heb 12:2

The church of God must work with God and He alone must be our God. GGDEM must work with God and also be in God. “Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus” (Heb 10:19)

It is time to enter heaven’s most holy place:

· To walk on the most holy place,

· Think the most holy thought,

· Speak most holy word ,

· Do the most holy things.

Why you must not doubt God?

14 “Blessed are those who do His commandments,  that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. 15 but outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie Rev. (22:14-15)”. But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death” (Rev.21:8). Dogs always go back to their vomit. It means when you doubt Jesus; you go back to confusion, lying, stealing, fornicating, you will go back to all the dirty things which you have left before.

You must not doubt God because outside the gates are the dogs. Outside Jesus are the dogs.The dogs have no inheritance in the kingdom of God. There is no survival outside God. Being outside God is death. Being inside God is life. “The wages of sin is death and the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Rom. 6:23).

Why did God told you to come boldly? Because

o You are justified by the blood of Jesus Christ.

o You are a new creature-2 Cor. 5:17

o All your wasted opportunities, lost prosperity and wasted years were restored to you at the Garden of Gethsemane.

o There is no life outside Jesus.

How to overcome doubt:

o By staying in the presence of God-Psalm 91:1

o Have fellowship with Holy Spirit. There is no way you can hold tight the promise of God if you don’t spend time with Him everyday

o Discuss with God and God will discuss with you- Isaiah 1:18

o Hold on what God has said to you.

In conclusion, “I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands without wrath and doubting” (1 Tim 2:8). Men here are not gender base but, it is human being in general.

Prayer Points:

1. Any power that wants to manipulate me out of the presence of the Lord, I command you to die, in the name of Jesus.

2. Physically and spiritually, I possess my possession in the kingdom of God, in the name of Jesus.

3. The grace to abide in Christ; increase mightily in my life, in the name of Jesus.

4. Whatever the enemy is using to take me away from the presence of the Lord (fame, money, worldliness, impatience, problems); be destroy by fire, in the name of Jesus.

Our God is good. He is a very present help in trouble! (Psalm 46:1). Brethren this is the year that the Lord has made for us to laugh and mock at our enemies. I welcome you all to this wonderful year. Happy New Year brethren!!! Truly thus far the Lord has helped us.

Whenever our God want to send His children on a journey, He always prepares them for that journey by telling them how it will look like.  He always equips His children for that journey.   Our God is a God of divine preparation and there is nothing happen to Him suddenly. He knows how every year will be that is why He can tell us how each year will be for us.

Why does God always tell His children about the journey?HE TELLS US ABOUT THE JOURNEY SO THAT WE WILL KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE IN EVERY SITUATION WE FOUND OURSELVES IN AND WHAT TO DO. I want to thank God that we are one of His children that always benefit from this divine equipping, divine guidance and divine instruction. “The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but those things which are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law”(Deut.29:29). You are on your journey to your greatest destination, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

YEAR 2013

According to the prophetic word of the Lord concerning us in this ministry, THIS YEAR 2013 IS OUR YEAR OF LAUGHING AND MOCKING AT YOUR ENEMIES.

1 Now there was a certain man of RamathaimZophim, of the mountains of Ephraim, and his name was Elkanah the son of Jeroham, the son of Elihu, the son of Tohu, the son of Zuph an Ephraimite. 2 And he had two wives; the name of one was Hannah, and the name of the other Peninnah. Peninnah had children, but Hannah had no children. 3 This man went up from his city yearly to worship and sacrifice to the Lord of hosts in Shiloh. Also the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Pinehas, the Priests of the Lord were there. 4 And whenever the time came for Elkanah to make an offering, he would give portions to Peninnah his wife and to all her sons and daughters. 5 But to Hannah he would give a double portion, for he loved Hannah, although the Lord had closed her womb. 6 and her rival also provoked her severely; to make her miserable because the Lord had closed her womb. 7 So it was year by year, when she went up to the house of the Lord that she provoked her; therefore she wept and did not eat. 8 The Elkanah  her husband said to her, “Hannah, why do you weep? Why do you not eat? And why is your heart grieved? Am I not better to you than ten sons? 9 So Hannah arose after they had finished eating and drinking in Shiloh. Now Eli the priest was sitting on the seat by the doorpost of the tabernacle of the Lord. 10 And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed to the Lord and wept in anguish. 11 then she made a vow and said, “O Lord of hosts, if you will indeed look on the affliction of your maidservant and remember me, and not forget your maidservant, but will give your maidservant a male child, then I will give him to the Lord all the days of his life, and no razor shall come upon his head.” 12 And it happened, as she continued praying before the Lord that Eli watched her mouth. 13 Now Hannah spoke in her heart; only her lips moved, but her voice was not heard. Therefore Eli thought she was drunk. 14 So Eli said to her, How long will you be drunk? Put your wine away from you!’ but Hannah answered and said, “No my lord, I am a woman of sorrowful spirit. I have drunk neither wine nor intoxicating drink, but have poured out my soul before the Lord. 16 “Do not consider your maidservant a wicked woman,” for out of the abundance of my complaint and grief I have spoken until now.” 17 The Eli answered and said “Go in peace, and the God of Israel grant your petition which you have asked of Him.” 18 And she said, “Let your maid servant find favour in your sight.” So the woman went her way and ate, and her face was no longer sad.19Then they rise early in the morning and worshiped before the Lord, and returned and came to their house at Ramah. And Elkanah knew Hannah his wife, and the Lord remembered her.”
1 Sam 2:1 “And Hannah prayed and said: “My heart rejoices in the Lord; My horn is exalted in the Lord. I smile (laugh) at my enemies, Because I rejoice in your salvation”

In the above scriptures, we saw a woman whom had been mocked year by year because she had no children. It came to pass the day she poured her heart unto the Lord and the Lord answered her and gave her the fruit of the womb.

“To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven” (Eccl 3:1).I want you to understand that the fact that you are in your season of tears does not mean that you will remain in that season forever. This year the Lord has decided to remember all his children. He has decided to remove all form of mockeries in our lives. He has decided to remember us the way He remembered Hannah. He had decided to remove the garment of shame from us and cloth us with the garment of glory. He has decided to change our bad smelling to good smelling.

There is a time for the enemy to laugh and mock you and also there is a time for you to laugh and mock your enemies but as you are going to laugh last, you will laugh the best. The bible says that “Better is an end of a thing that the beginning”. This is your time to laugh and mock at your enemies, in the name of Jesus.

WORDS OF EXHORTATION

“But exhort (encourage, uplift) one another daily, while it is called Today, lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin” (Heb 3:13).

I want you to know that every end of the road is a beginning of a new road in your life. Every opportunity you lost in the past is a beginning of a new opportunity. Most of the time we waste our time by mourning what we have lost in the past and we are not using the opportunity we have now. For an example; you are a student last year and you failed your study; now you are living a confused and frustrated life. You must understand that  it has become a past, this year go and study again because  you cannot be in a new year and still have the mentality of the old year. If you want move forward, do notlook backward. Your past year failure, disappointment, mistakes, shame, delay, limitation, hindrances, disgrace, have pass away. You cannot be in the New Year and still mourn for what happened last year.

This is a new year, new beginning and new opportunity. You cannot be in the New Year and you still have the mentality of old year.

“Finally my brethren be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might” (Eph 6:10).

Finally you are in year 2013.  For you to be able to laugh and mock at your enemies you have to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. The word of the Lord says “put on the whole armour of God….You cannot laugh and mock at your enemies if you are not putting on the whole armour of God.

You are a soldier in the battle field and every soldier in the battle field who is not fully equipped going to the battle is already doom for destruction. You must put on the whole armour of God. If you look into the bible, you realised that everything that is listed in the armour of God is the word of God. The Lord said unless we abide in the word, the enemy will be laughing and mocking at us. Every master equipped his servants for them to do what the master wants them to do.

This year you cannot just laugh and mock your enemies unless you do what the Lord is telling you to do.

The fact that you are in your time of humiliation does not mean that you will remain humiliated forever. The fact that .you are in the days of struggles does not mean that you will remain like that.

When you are facing your days of humiliation, when you are facing your days of confusion, when you are facing your days of disappointment, when you are facing your days of opposition, do not think that you are cursed.  Do not think that you will remain like that, do not think that you are the only person passing through what you are passing through now. Everyone faces their own days of trials and they always come out triumphing.

15 “See then that you walk circumspectly (look carefully, live purposely, worthily, accurately), not as fools but as wise, 16 redeeming the time,(using your time very well, buying up each opportunity) because the days are evil”.17 Therefore do not be unwise (thoughtless, foolish) but understand what the will of the Lord is. 18 And do not be drunk with wine (do not be filled with confusion), in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit (be filled with the word of God, be filed with the Holy Spirit) (Eph. 5:15-18)

Brethren I want you to understand that we are the one that needs God’s protection, provision, support and God does not need our support. God does not need to follow us but we are the one that need to follow Him, listen and do what He is telling us to do.

What made Hannah condition to change?

v Her desired for a change: Hannah decided that she will not remain the way she was but to call upon the name of the Lord. 12“Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. (Jer. 29:12). This year make a decision that your life must change.  When you decide that your life must change for good it will surely come to pass.

v Her seriousness to seek God: You may have been a born again Christian for a very long time, but you has never been serious to seek God and to follow Him. This year if you can seek God to know Him, you will find Him just as Hannah found God13And you will seek Me and find me, when you search for Me with all your heart” (Jer. 29:13). It is possible for you to find and know God. You will receive the ability from God. “King Uzaiah sought the Lord in the days of Zachariah, who had understanding in the vision of God and as long as he sought the Lord, God made him prosper”(2nd Chron. 26:5).

This year you must be serious in whatever you are doing. God is not lazy, but God is a hardworker. Every child of God must come out of laziness. Hardworking is a key to success. “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might” (Eccl 9:10a).

ü As a student; study with allyour might.

ü As a business man/woman run your business with all your might

ü In your career, do your work diligently.

ü When awarded a tender, do a quality job and deliver on time.

ü In your marriage be in that marriage with all your might. Pray to stand strong no matter the battle.

ü In your spiritual life, follow God with all your might, David says that“one thing he desired and that he will seek after is to dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of his life, (not to dwell in his throne as a king, his desire was not on his riches). To behold the beauty of the Lord, And to inquire in His temple” (receive counsel from God) (Psalm 27:4).

Success people will never sit down with failures. Many people gives excuse that why they are not succeeding is because they are in the village. I want to let you know that if you cannot succeed in the village; you cannot alsosucceed in the city.The secret of your success depend upon how you use your opportunities and time.

WORDS OF WISDOM

“Through wisdom a house is built” (Prov.24:3a).

Anything that is wasting your time is wasting your life. The more time you are wasting, the more of your life you are wasting. You must arrange your life very well. Those who fail did not use their time very well. Be a wise man/woman. Hard work is synonyms with riches. Arrange your life very well. Take off things that can waste your life. You must know that life is a teacher the more you live; the more you learn.  You must go back to school. You are not too old to learn and you are not too young to learn. You must improve your life. Things will not change until you change. Gen 12:1 “Now the Lord has said to Abram: Get out of your country, from your family, and from your father’s house, to a land that I will show you” Your situation will never change until you change your mind set and attitude towards your situation. Success does not just come. You must discipline yourself, for success.  Be a man/woman of vision. Set goals and be committing it in the hand of the Lord and your God will bring it to pass. Not every movement is a progress-make a positive movement this year and also know what you want in life.    “3 Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness 4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart” (Psalm 37:3-4)

· You must trust in the Lord

· Trust in his faithfulness (word of God)

· Delight yourself in the Lord (be joyful in the Lord, have your strength in the Lord)

· Without God you will not survive but with God you will survive. “ Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it; unless the Lord guards the city, the watchman stays awake in vain” (Psalm 127:1)

COUNSELLING

“Where there is no counsel the people fall (perish, destroy); But in the multitude of counsellors there is safety”(Prov 11:14).

How Will I Commit What I Am Doing ( My Ways) To The Lord?

(a) Prayerfully:- “Pray without ceasing” (1 Thess 5:17)

(b) The counsel of the Lord should be my guidance:- “Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against you” (Psalm 119:11) when you have the word of the Lord in your heart, then you will not fail. Pay attention to the word of God. Stop living by the word of men. The words of men are neutral word, empty words, but not the word of God. That is why you must delight in the word of God. The words of God are Spirit and they are Life.   “The word that I speak to you, they are spirit and they are life”. (John 6: 63). Whoever that abides in the word of God, abide in the Spirit of God and abide in abundant life.

(c) Listen to the word of God:- “How can a young man (a Christian) cleanse his way? By taking heed (listening to the word of God) according to your word” (Psalm 119:9)“Let the word of God be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path”. (Psalm 119:105)

(d) You must build your life on the word of God and you will realise that you can smile at any storm:- “This book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success”( Josh 1:8).  “If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit” (Gal 5:25)Living in the Spirit means:

v Living by the word of God,

v Walking in the Spirit means acting on the word of God.

For an example in 1st kings 18; Prophet Elijah received the word of God to go and present himself to King Ahab.  Even though he had been hiding before he received the word of God; he obeyed God without fear. “And so it was at noon, that Elijah mocked them and said, “cry aloud, for he is a god; either he is meditating, or he is busy, or he is on a journey, or perhaps he is sleeping and must awakened” (1 Kings 18:27)

When you lack the wisdom of God you will not be able to obey God. The more you discover the ability of God the more you will discover your ability.The more of the word of God in you; the bolder you will become and you will mock your enemies.

(e) Commit your works in the mighty hand of God:“Commit your works (trusts your work wholly to the Lord, commit your ways) to the Lord, and your thoughts (plans) will be established (succeed)” (Prov 16:3, Psalm 37:5).

The word of God:

*Is like fire *is like hammer   *is like Two edged sword

*is a living water, *is a shield, *is like a medicine, etc.

“For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing  even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart” (Heb 4:12). The whole world was created by the word of God. “That man/woman that delight in the word of God, that man/woman that meditate on the word of God day and night (everyday, every time)shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he/she does shall prosper. (Psalm 1:2-3)”

When you do not have the word of God, people will laugh and mock at you and the devil cannot fear you. The word of God is a shield of faith that you will use to quench the fiery dart( all differentkinds of satanic arrows that are being fired against you) of the enemy. When you have the word of God; you will walk through the fire and you will be a fire proof, you will walk through the water and you will be a water proof(Isaiah 43:2).

FOR YOU TO LAUGH AND MOCK YOUR ENEMIES, BUILD YOUR LIFE ON CHRIST. If your build your life on churches, you will fail. If you build your life on ‘pastor Kaulumah is my spiritual father’, you will fail. If your build your life on ‘Pastor, Dr, Engineer so and so is your spiritual father’ you will fail.  I am pleading with you today to build your life on the word of God.24“Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock” (Matt 7:24-25).

I realised that many Christians used the word of God as a shield. It means they only know how to hide behind the word of God), but they do not know the word of God as assurance. To know the word of God as an assurance means it is inside you and you know its abilitythen you are not afraid of any situation. Daniel was assured of his deliverance that was why he was not afraid to be thrown in the lion’s den. Meshack, Shedrack and Abednego were also assured of their deliverance that was why they were not afraid of being thrown in the fire. When the word of God is inside you; you will not be afraid to face any challenges.“The Lord will guide you continually, He will satisfy your soul in drought, and strengthen your bones; you shall be like a watered garden. And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail”(Isaiah 58:11). When you know the word of God as an assurance it will guide continually, and it will give you inner strength. Unless you hide in the word of God; your ways will never be cleared.  For your ways to be clean, for you to conquer where others are being conquered; let the word of God guide you.

In Conclusion:

Topic: PRAYERS TO HEAL WOUNDS FROM THE WOMB

Blessed be the name of the Lord who brought us thus far in this programme.

This prayer section is like the other sections. It is also very important in our lives. Acts 3:1-10 “1Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour. 2And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who entered the temple; 3who, seeing Peter and John about to go into to temple, asked for alms. 4 And fixing his eyes on him, with John, Peter said, “Look at us.” 5 So he them his attention, expecting to receive something from them. 6 Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” 7 The he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. 8 So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them- walking, leaping, and praising God. 9 And all people saw him walking and praising God. 10 Then they knew that it was he who sat begging for alms at the Beautiful Gate of the temple; and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.   Act 14:8-11 8And in Lystra a certain man without strength in his feet was sitting, a cripple from his mother's womb, who had never walked. 9 This man heard Paul speaking. Paul, observing him intently and seeing that he had faith to be healed, 10 said with a loud voice, “Stand up straight on your feet!” And he leaped and he walked. 11 Now when the people saw what Paul had done, the raised their voices, saying in Lycaonian language, “The gods have come down to us in the likeness of men!”

John 9:1 Now Jesus passed by, He saw a man who was blind from birth. 2 And His disciple asked Him, saying “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?”  Jesus answered, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him”.

As we have read in the above scriptures, we saw that all these men were born with their disabilities. They did not become lame after they were born but they were crippled while they were still in their mother's wombs.

I want us to understand that different damages are done in people's lives at the different stages of their lives; that mean there are damages that have been done in your life:

(a)          While you were in your mother's womb;

(b)          Some damages were done in the day you were born;

(c)           Some damages were done in the day of your naming ceremony

(d)          Some damages might have been done in the day of your first sexual encounter;

(e)          As a lady the damages might have been done in your life the first time you saw your period.

(f)      As a married person, the enemy might have attacked and damaged your life on your    engagement or wedding day. Etc.

There are many examples but on this section we want to concentrate mainly on the issue stated on the above scriptures.

Though in the above scriptures, the bible says 'men' and it does not necessary mean male but it is talking about human being in general. There are lots of men and women from all different part of the world who have been wounded from their mother's womb in different ways.

Though the disabilities of the people mentioned in the scriptures were physical. I want us to look at the spiritual disabilities.

ü As a person can be killed in the womb and be born dead physically, a person can also be killed in the womb and be born dead spiritually.

ü As a person can be born deaf and dumb physically, a person can also be born deaf and dumb spiritually.

ü As a person can be born blind physically, a person can also be born blind spiritually.

ALL THESE PHYSICAL DISABILITIES YOU SAW PEOPLE BORN WITH IS JUST A REPLICA OF THE SPIRITUAL ONES.

All over the world, people are more worried about physical disabilities and they are spending a lot of resources trying to solve these problems, which is good, but they are not doing anything to solve spiritual ones.

Again I want you to understand that devil does not only cripple individual people but he also cripple generations, tribes, families, environments, continents, institutions, economies, nations etc.. That is the reason you hear people saying things like: that family is for drunkards, “in that family they are sexually loose, in that family they are thieves” in that family they suffer from epilepsy” in that family they suffer from insanity (madness).

You might have heard people referring a certain nations as poor nation. This does not mean that they do not have natural resources. They are only poor because the enemy crippled them with poverty, especially the poverty of the mind”.

HOW DOES THE ENEMY CRIPPLE NATIONS?

(a)          By filling their minds with bad ideas;

(b)          Some have good ideas, but they lack the resources;

(c)           Some have good ideas and resources but they lack ability (strength) to carry it out;

(d)          By creating civil war in those nations;

(e)          The enemy fills the leaders and the people with greediness and corruption.

WHEN ONE IS BORN WITH DAMAGE AND ATTACK OF THE ENEMY; THAT LIFE WILL NOT BE COMPLETE UNLESS THE PEOPLE CALL UPON GOD FOR A CHANGE.

What is the Remedy?

I want you to understand that at the beginning everything the Lord created was perfect but the enemy came and corrupted it 24“Another parable He put forth to them, saying: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed to his field. 25 “But while men slept his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way” (Matthew 13:24-25).

“For this purpose the Son of God was made manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil”1 (John 3:8b)

THE FIRST STEP TO YOUR RESTORATION:

(a)          Give your life to Christ:

Any nation, family, person that want to be free from the bondage of the enemy must make God their Lord and personal Saviour because there is no salvation in any other name except the name of Jesus “Nor is there salvation in any other for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved”. (Acts 4:12)    “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly” (John 10:10).

(b)          Use the authority that Jesus gave you to crush all the power that has been crippling your life: “Behold I give you authority (power) to trample on serpent and scorpions, and over all the powers of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you”(Luke 10:19, Mark 16:18, Math 18:18).

(c)           Pray for complete restoration: “So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming locust, and the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you” (Joel 2:25).

Prayer Points

1.            I thank you Lord for this prayer section in the name of Jesus.

2.            Father I thank you for your love upon, in the name of Jesus.

3.            I cover myself with the blood of Jesus.

4.            Let the light of God shine in my life and let darkness disappear, in the name of Jesus.

5.            Let the complete life of God fill my life, in the name of Jesus.

6.           Every mental disability in my life and family; be repaired by the power in the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.

7.          Every intellectual disability in my life; be healed, in the name of Jesus.

8.          Every damage done in my life while I was in the womb or my father's; be repaired by the     blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.

9.           Every damage done in my life in the day I was born; be repaired by the  blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.

10.        Anything stolen from my life by anyone dead or alive while I was in the womb or my father's loins; be restored by the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.

11.       I pursue and I arrest, every spiritual thief that have ever stolen from me; while I was in the womb or my  father's loins, in the name of Jesus.

12.       Any curse I received while I was in the womb or in my father's loins be broken and become blessings, in the name of Jesus.

13.         Any curse issued against the fruit of my mother's womb or loins; my life is not your candidate, die, in the name of Jesus.

14.         Any evil patterns that have kept in bondage the fruit of my mother's womb or father's loins be destroyed by the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.

15.        Any evil family strongman in my family that has been crippling my family members while they were in the womb or loins, receive the judgement of fire and die, in the name of Jesus.

16.         Every generational strongman of my generation that has been strangulating generation right in the womb, die in the name of Jesus.

17.     Every national idol that has been crippling my nation right from the womb; receive total destruction, in the name of Jesus.

18.         Every pit of destruction which the enemy has been using to cast down my generation, swallow your owners and die, in the name of Jesus.

19.          I come out from every trap of generational disabilities, in the name of Jesus.

20.          I come out from every trap of environmental disabilities, in the name of Jesus.

21.          I come out from every trap of tribal disabilities, in the name of Jesus.

22.          I come out from every trap of continental disabilities, in the name of Jesus.

23.          I come out from every trap of national disabilities, in the name of Jesus.

24.         Any instrument of disability fashioned to cripple me, be crippled by the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.

25.          I receive power to cripple all the cripplers, in the name of Jesus.

26.        Anything fashioned to the elements to cripple my destiny go and cripple your senders, in the name of Jesus.

27.          Every destiny crippler, assigned to cripple my destiny; be roasted by fire in the name of Jesus.

28.          My destiny will not be crippled in the name of Jesus.

29.          I receive abundant life, in the name of Jesus.

30.          Thank you Lord for answering my prayers, in the name of Jesus.

Topic: O GOD ARISE AND LET THE ENEMIES OF NAMIBIA SCATTER

Praise the Lord. Brethren this is another section which the Lord has made for us to pray for our beloved nation. Remember Namibia is not the president or the government but the Namibia is you and I. When you are praying for Namibia, you are praying for yourself. Do not say that “I don't care as long as my children and I; we are Christians, it is fine”.

I want us to understand that; when the environment is dirty, it will affect you or your family. I pray that you pray these prayers with your whole heart and may God bless you.

“Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it; unless the Lord guards the city. The watchman stays awake in vain” (Psalm 127:1)

Looking at the above scripture, the Lord is telling us that it is a waste of time for any nation that will try to succeed without God's guidance.

No nation will enjoy economic, peace, education, health, unity, prosperity security if God is not watching over that nation. It is only what God has done will remain forever. Therefore in this programme, we need to dedicate and hand over all the affairs of our nation to the Lord our God, in the name of Jesus.

Prayer Points: Thou God that never sleeps nor slumber, watch over our nation, in the name of Jesus (Psalm 121).

“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people” (Prov. 14:34).

My fellow countrymen there are many bad things happening and pulling down our nation like: corruption, murder, suicide, road accidents, baby dumping, high rate of unemployment, unequal distribution of the national resources, etc. All these things are the forces that are tearing our nation apart.

The reason behind all these is lack of righteousness, because it is only through righteousness that a nation can be build.  For things to change for good in our nation; we do not need to form another political party. We only need God fearing and obedient men and women to occupy the strategic positions in all the sectors of our nation. “Because the fear of the Lord brings wisdom” (Psalm 111:10) and it is through wisdom that a house (nation) is built, and by understanding the rooms (sectors) are filled with all precious and pleasant riches (Proverb 24:3-4).

Our country is highly blessed by God with natural resources. When we have righteous men and women in strategic positions they will make right decisions that will bring right result. As children of God; it is our responsibility to place those men and women in a strategic position through prayers.

1“Therefore I exhort first of all that supplication, prayers, intercession, and giving of thanks be made for all men. 2 for kings and all who are in authority that we lead (live) a quiet and peaceful life in all godliness and reverence. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our God who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth ((1 Tim. 2:1-4).

NB: The Lord commanded us to:

(a)          Thank Him for our leaders;

(b)          To pray for our leaders and not to criticize or judge them;

I want you to understand that there is no man born naturally as a good or bad leader. A leader becomes good when he follows the guidance of the Holy Spirit. A leader becomes bad when he follows the guidance and influences of demonic spirits. Every decision that a leader takes might have been influenced by devil or by Holy Spirit.

Therefore we must earnestly pray for all our leaders; traditional leaders, political leaders and spiritual leaders so that we can live a peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity.

We must also pray for the salvation of our nation because it is the will of God for everyone on this earth to be saved. “So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one” (Ezekiel 22:30).

BE THAT MAN!!!

Prayer Points

1.            Lord thank you for this prayer section in the name of Jesus.

2.            Father I thank you for all our leaders in this nation, in the name of Jesus.

3.          Every stronghold of demonic influences over our leaders; be broken by the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.

4.          Every evil guardian angel guiding our leaders into wrong directions; be crushed by the stones of fire, in the name of Jesus.

5.       Every seed of division planted in the lives of our leaders in order to divide our nation; be uprooted, in the name of Jesus.

6.           Every altars of destruction erected to destroy our nation; be destroyed in the name of Jesus.

7.           Any eaters of flesh eating the flesh of the Namibians through road accident; eat your own flesh and die, in the name of Jesus.

8.           Every drunkard of blood, drinking the blood of the Namibian through road accident; drink your  blood and die, in the name of Jesus.

9.            Let the hearts of greediness and selfishness in our leaders be removed, in the name of Jesus.

10.          Lord! Give us leaders after your own heart in the name of Jesus.

11.          Let the fear of God overshadow our nation, in the name of Jesus.

12.          Let the love of God overshadow our nation, in the name of Jesus.

13.          Lord! Turn the heart of the parents to their children, in the name of Jesus.

14.          Lord! Turn the hearts of the children to their parents, in the name of Jesus.

15.          Lord! Turn the hearts of the wives to their husband, in the name of Jesus.

16.          Lord! Turn the hearts of the leaders to their followers, in the name of Jesus.

17.          Lord! Turn the hearts of the followers to their leaders, in the name of Jesus.

18.          Let the wickedness of the wicked be shaken out of our nation, in the name of Jesus.

19.          Let the wicked and their wickedness; be shaken out of our nation, in the name of Jesus.

20.          Any prince of darkness reigning over the affairs of our nations; be overthrown into the fire, in the name of Jesus.

21.          Let the Prince of Peace; be enthroned over Namibia, in the name of Jesus.

22.          Let the sun of righteousness rise over Namibia, in the name of Jesus.

23.          Let the of revival fire burn in our nation, in the name of Jesus.

24.          Let the hot irons which the enemy have used to seal the minds of the Namibians; be removed  and be destroyed, in the name of Jesus.

25.          You the dead conscience of the Namibians; come alive, in the name of Jesus.

26.         Every throne of witches, wizard and witch doctors in this nation; be burned to ashes by the fire of the Holy Ghost, in the name of Jesus.

27.          Every occult throne in our nation; be crushed to powder by the Rock of Ages, in the name of                 Jesus.

28.        Every throne of immorality in our nation; be burned to ashes by the fire of the Holy Ghost, in the name of Jesus.

29.          Let the throne of morality; be established in our nation, in the name of Jesus.

30.          Every dominion of the queen of the coast; be crushed in the name of Jesus.

31.          Let the heavens over Namibia reject satanic instructions, in the name of Jesus.

32.          Let the land of Namibia reject satanic instructions, in the name of Jesus.

33.          Every throne of antichrist in the hearts of the Namibians; be crushed completely, in the name                of Jesus.

34.          Let the throne of righteous be established in the heart of every Namibia, in the name of Jesus.

Topic: SHAKE THAT SERPENT INTO THE FIRE

Brethren, I want us to understand that this is a very important topic. I want us to also to know:

(a)          Who is this serpent which we have to shake into the fire?

(b)          Why do we have to shake him into the fire?

(c)           What will happen if we did not shake him into the fire?

The serpent which the word of God is talking about here is: “that great dragon, the serpent of old, the devil, satan, the deceiver of the whole world and the accuser of the brethren who always accuse us before our God day and night (Rev 12: 7-9)”. He is also our adversary (1 Pet 5:8)

The reason why we have to shake the serpent (devil) out of our lives is because serpents have deadly and harmful poison.

As the native of that Island were waiting for Paul to fall down and die because of the bites of the serpent; it is the same to anyone who is attacked by a serpent will surely die.

For the enemy not to kill any area of your life, you need to shake your enemy into the fire of the Holy Ghost just as Paul did.

The natives were waiting for him to swell up or fall down and die but no harm was done to him because he shook the serpent into the fire. The person will fall down and die marital, financially, academically, etc. if he did not shake the devil out of his life.

Brethren if you shake the serpent out of your life; there will be no harm.

The reason why many lives have been harmed by the devil is because the people refused (ignorantly) to shake the enemies out of their lives.

Do not just be talking about the serpent (problem) in your life but rather shake (deal) with it in the name of Jesus. (Luke 10:19; Matt 16:19; Matt18:18; Jer. 1:10)

N.B:  ANY PROBLEM WHICH YOU HAVE REFUSED TO DEAL WITH WILL SURELY DEAL WITH YOU.

There are different kinds of serpents which have fastened themselves on people's lives.

They are:

Ø Serpents of anger

Ø Serpents of pride

Ø Serpents of procrastination

Ø Serpents of envy and jealousy

Ø Serpents of doubt and unbelief

Ø Serpents of self-righteousness and self-exaltation

Ø Serpents of anti-marriage

Ø Serpents of delay

Ø Serpents of limitation

Ø Serpents of diversion

Ø Serpents of suicide

Ø Serpents of untimely death

Ø Serpents of miscarriages

Ø Serpents of stagnancy

Ø Serpents of barrenness

Ø Serpents of failure

Ø Serpents of disappointment

Ø Serpents of immorality

Ø Serpents of lies, etc.

Brethren we have to know that all these serpents (devils) are what have been tormenting the lives of the people.

You also need to discover in which area of your life or what kind of serpent has fastened itself on you, so that you can pray yourself into freedom. John 8:32 “You shall know the truth and the truth will set you free”

Eph 4:27 “Nor give place to the devil” Do not allow any serpent to continue fastened itself in any area of your life.

James 4:7 “Therefore submits yourself to God, resist the devil and he will flee.” Believe God, come into agreement with God, reject the devils proposal, resist what he is saying in your life and he will fall out of your life in the name of Jesus.

When the devil is telling you to kill your child and yourself, tell him that I reject you in the name of Jesus.

You cannot be able to shake the serpent into the fire if you are not a child of God (John3:3; John15:5). It is when you are born again that serpents will begin to obey your command through prayers in the name of Jesus. Phil 2:9-11  9 “There God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father”. Joel 2:32 “And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved” (NKJV)

PRAY THIS PRAYER

Lord Jesus Christ, I thank you for dying for me. I thank you for loving me. Come into my heart, forgive all my sins and wash me with your blood in the name of Jesus.

Lord Jesus Christ! Remove my name from the book of the dead and write my name in the book of life. Thank you Lord. Now I am born again. I am a child of God, in the name of Jesus.

ARE YOU READY TO SHAKE EVERY SERPENT INTO THE FIRE NOW?

10.          I shake off every serpent of prayerlessness, in the name of Jesus.

11.          I shake off every serpent of premature and untimely death, in the name of Jesus.

12.          I shake off every serpent of bareness in my (mention where there is bareness in your life), in   the name of Jesus.

13.          I shake off every serpent of unrighteousness, in the name of Jesus.

14.          I shake off every serpent of Luke warmness, in the name of Jesus.

15.          I shake off every serpent of failure, in the name of Jesus.

16.          I  shake off every serpent of unfriendly friends, in the name of Jesus.

17.          I shake off every serpent of delay, in the name of Jesus.

18.          I shake off every serpent of immorality, in the name of Jesus.

19.          I shake off every serpent of shame and disgrace, in the name of Jesus.

20.          I shake off every serpent of sorrow, in the name of Jesus.

21.          I shake off every serpent out of my house, in the name of Jesus.

22.          I shake off every serpent out of my business, in the name of Jesus.

23.          I shake off every serpent in Namibia, in the name of Jesus.

24.          I shake off every serpent in the body of Christ, in the name of Jesus.
