say to those who are fearful-hearted, “Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, With the recompense of God; He will come and save you.” Isa 35:4 I would like to welcome you into this month of February, which is our month of divine Dominion. After God created us, He blessed us saying, “…Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” Gen.1:28. Dominion is part of the blessings God has pronounced upon every born-again Christian-Jer.1:10. As a child of God, you need to know and understand this. You need to start working and walking in dominion in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. When we talk about Divine Dominion, we are talking about the Unlimited Dominion, Heavenly governorship. We are talking about the grace and the power to rule amidst your enemies. Divine Dominion does not care about your environment, is not limited by your race, sex, tribes, geographical area or your political affiliation. This divine dominion does not care about what your enemies are saying. Your enemies may be saying “they will not let you be what God said you will be, they might have vowed with their lives that over their dead bodies, they won't let you be. By divine dominion you will make it in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. This divine dominion is what Joseph was operating with in Egypt. Remember before he ascended the throne of Egypt, he came from the prison with an accusation of attempted rape. But by the divine dominion power of God, nothing was able to stop him from ascending the throne. Because when Jesus Christ said yes, nobody can say no. Hallelujah! It was the same dominion Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were operating with in the land of Babylon. Remember they and other Jews were taken to be captives, but by divine dominion they became captains in the land of captivities. It was divine dominion that made them to defy the king's order. They were thrown into the fire, which was made seven times hotter, but the fire had no power over them though the same fire killed those that threw them in. “Then Nebuchadnezzar was full of fury, and the expression on his face changed toward Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego. He spoke and commanded that they heat the furnace seven times more than it was usually heated. And he commanded certain mighty men of valor who were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, and cast them into the burning fiery furnace. Then these men were bound in their coats, their trousers, their turbans, and their other garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. Therefore, because the king's command was urgent, and the furnace exceedingly hot, the flame of the fire killed those men who took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego. And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, fell bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. Then King Nebuchadnezzar was astonished; and he rose in haste and spoke, saying to his counselors, “Did we not cast three men bound into the midst of the fire?” They answered and said to the king, “True, O king.” “Look!” he answered, “I see four men loose, walking amid the fire; and they are not hurt, and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God” Dan 3:19-25. It's divine dominion that will make your enemies to praise God in your life. “Then Nebuchadnezzar went near the mouth of the burning fiery furnace and spoke, saying, “Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, servants of the Most High God, come out, and come here. ” Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego came from the midst of the fire. And the satraps, administrators, governors, and the king's counselors gathered together, and they saw these men on whose bodies the fire had no power; the hair of their head was not singed nor were their garments affected, and the smell of fire was not on them. Nebuchadnezzar spoke, saying, “Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, who sent His Angel and delivered His servants who trusted in Him, and they have frustrated the king's word, and yielded their bodies, that they should not serve nor worship any god except their own God! Therefore I make a decree that any people, nation, or language which speaks anything amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made an ash heap; because there is no other God who can deliver like this.” Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego in the province of Babylon.” Dan.3:26-30. Divine dominion is what makes you to kill what is killing others, to shame what is shaming others and defeat what has been defeating others like what David did to Goliath. People were telling David that Goliath has never and will never be defeated. But David arose confronted Goliath and with one stone, he brought Goliath down. …Moreover, David said, “The LORD, who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear, He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine.” And Saul said to David, “Go, and the LORD be with you!...” So, David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone and struck the Philistine and killed him. But there was no sword in the hand of David. Therefore, David ran and stood over the Philistine, took his sword and drew it out of its sheath and killed him, and cut off his head with it. And when the Philistines saw that their champion was dead, they fled.” I Sam17:33-37, 46-47, 50-51. Divine dominion makes you to open the gates which others said those gates will never be opened. Operating in divine dominion is to have uncommon revelations, understanding and the ability to interpret mysteries “As for these four young men, God gave them knowledge and skill in all literature and wisdom; and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams. Now at the end of the days, when the king had said that they should be brought in, the chief of the eunuchs brought them in before Nebuchadnezzar. Then the king interviewed them, and among them all none was found like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah; therefore, they served before the king. And in all matters of wisdom and understanding about which the king examined them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers who were in all his realm.”Dan.1:17-20. It was the divine dominion that made the king to welcome and opened the door for queen Esther even though it was not her turn to see the king-Esth 5:2-3. It was by divine dominion that Isaac prospered in the land of famine. He became exceedingly rich where others were becoming exceedingly poor. In all the oppositions, he possessed all his possessions and positions. Hallelujah! Gen . 26:1, 12-14. Child of God, you are commanded to rule. You are mandated to control, be in charge in the affairs of life. You are mandated to show the light to the world and not to hide it-Math 5:13-16. You are commanded to rule in the midst of your enemies Ps 110:2. You are mandated to pull down strongholds, and every high thing that exalt itself against the knowledge of God-2 Cor 10:3-6. You are for signs and wonders-Isa 8:18. Dominate over the idols of this world, over the powers of darkness, and over the powers of the enemy. It is time to awake from slumber, wake up from being a careless and powerless Christian-Isa 52:1-3, 1 Pet 5:8-9. For you to operate in divine dominion, you need to be hearing from God. There is no way you can have victory without hearing from God. God guide us through His voice. You cannot claim that the Lord is your shepherd, yet you don't follow Him because you don't know His voice. Jesus said “But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice. Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.” I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep and am known by My own. My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.” John 10:2-5, 14, 27 All men of old who have done great works for the Lord, be it in ministry, families, business, leadership, politics etc. They achieved all those great feats through the voice of God. All the brethren we mentioned in this bulletin, prevailed through the voice of God. - Remember the word is Christ -John 1:1-5. - Where the word a God (king) is, there is power -Eccl 8:4. - The word of God to us is to heal and deliver us from our enemies-Ps. 107:20. We cannot afford to live any how Christian life. We should appreciate the word of God to us and pray to recognize His voice always. Its through His word we will know what Christ Jesus has accomplished for us and know in which kingdom we belong and how precious we are to Him who loved us. You cannot dominate without hearing from God. Samuel became the greatest prophet through the voice of God. Receive instruction from His mouth and you will be victorious in all your ways Job 4:22-26. God's word will transform a fearful heart into a faithful heart. His word can transform a troubled heart into a peaceful heart. The Lord guides us through his voice. “Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” Whenever you turn to the right hand or whenever you turn to the left- Isa 30:21.
